      Great culture. Best base pay than the other banks. If driven can succeed very quickly.

      Cons

      Management not educated to be managers. They utilize tenured employees that can’t retire to cover for them so they aren’t at their branch. Basically on your own and very segregated so have to make friends and work for someone that you know.
