People are nice and friendly and provides proper training, you can ask until you annoy them. Not much over time work.

Cons

Japanese expats sent from HQ, basically leads all the client facing pitching work, locals are more on execution. You don't get to face the clients a lot. Overall promotion process is average, but Japanese bank, small exposure compared to other big banks.
