Pros

The company is growing and has hired some strong people in key positions to help with the growth. Good work/life balance. My manager has been very supportive.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say with my experience so far.

Isn’t the growth of our Phoenix-based team phenomenal? What began with just over 100 colleagues in a single building back in 2013 has since grown to more than 800 colleagues located within three buildings. Thanks for taking the time to write this review and we’re happy to hear you are receiving the support you need in order to be successful at MUFG. We appreciate colleagues like you that make this growth possible and recognize you may have ideas to share that that will help foster the MUFG culture in our Phoenix location. We encourage you and your colleagues to submit feedback and ideas to the Arizona Leadership Council mailbox by emailing ArizonaLeadershipCouncil@unionbank.com

Toxic Environment with Club Cronyism

Pros

Great talent in the trenches

Cons

Good ole boy club hiring unqualified middle and c-level leadership with constant incest type promotion or elevation movement within the organization with no hope of moving up for others who are qualified and remain in the trenches. The bias practices of hiring unskilled and self-serving C-Level and middle management leadership with bullying has gone too far with not CEO intervention, he is oblivious to what is going on. The company emphasis in diversity is a falsehood and not the practice in certain areas dominated by male counterparts. Ageism is alive and well as part of discrimination, employees replaced by younger green eared personnel and you are forced to train your own bosses.
