Pros

Variety of interesting work and flexible working arrangements are being promoted more and more. Good experience at one of the biggest banks globally.

Cons

Salary not in like with competitors, slow growth in tech front, lots of more traditional staff are resistant to change, overseas opportunities generally limited to Japanese home office staff on the global rotation programs. Senior management lack in listening to junior staff on problems. Requires lots of overtime which is unpaid.
