Good work-life balance. Large enough to be competitive with all top banks and security firms, but small enough to offer a wide exposure to different areas within the bank.

Cons

Not a well-recognised name in Europe.

Pros

Few if any exist unless someone is desperate for work, avoid this place. Not a good place to find any career paths.

Cons

Managing Directors can't communicate a vision so they micro manage to hide this fact. HR is corrupt and only supports leadership without regard for policy, ethics, or impact to employee morale. There are no opportunities for advancement because leadership positions are filled from the outside. Engagement is low in many areas and there is a recognized retention risk but nothing is done.

Cons

Hard to accomplish anything bc of so much red tape A home office that doesn't understand how business is conducted in the US Methodology that is out of date and makes it hard to recruit good talent
