Underpaid and not enough opportunities to learn. VPs get promoted based on who they and know and the knowledge is lacking in middle management who are lazy and do noting. They can’t share knowledge because they have none and therefore it is impossible to learn a vast amount. Strange environment where nonone connects outside of there cliques. Very false very fake - truly shocking.
