      Pros

      Great place to start a career, MUFG offers a fun, young work environment. They will take the time to develop your skills and further you career. The benefits are good, including rrsp with 5 percent employer match, an employer contributed pension plan, and 4 weeks vacation. Because the company is rapidly growing there are many departments that need people (they like internal hiring). If you really grind you will do well. Decent bonus, too.

      Work life balance not great; Major descrepencies in salary between workers in same role (don't low ball yourself at the interview - no pay bands here); Pay not competitive; Poor Senior Management; You need to really grind to get anywhere; If you're not competent in your role within a year they will let you go.
