Pros

If you like living through major transformation and change, this is the place for you. There is never a dull moment and there are lots of opportunities to make significant contributions if you are willing to work at a "stretch" level.

Cons

High regulated environment, too much change too fast and people are burned out. Lots of demand to respond to internal and external audits. Impacts of SOX implications in banking industry are in full force and everyone is feeling the pain. Not convinced that men and women have parity in pay. Irrespective of this, the pay at this company is very good at management levels if you have the right type of experience.
