Good people who mean well, pension, 401k match

Cons

Archaic and bureaucratic processes, no risk tolerance at all and no good tools for assessing risk (impact/likelihood) so all risk is high impact and very likely to happen. Poor communication from all levels, constantly changing processes requiring rework, salaries are not competitive and the company is actively reducing headcount
