Pros

The executives and C level management/leaders get paid astronomically and they just get to fire employees to keep their record breaking pay growing every year while boasting their importance at the cost of back breaking work the actual employees do for the company.

Cons

Incompetent EIS leadership When the tough gets going count on incompetent EIS leadership to pull the rug out from under its employees. Zero job stability. Overpaid frat style management and leadership Don't even bother here if you are a decent person, They run you into the ground with 4 jobs of workload then dump you to pad the C Level-management and leaders yearly bonus. Leadership cracking record pay while employees are let go, no bonuses and doing 5 peoples work.
