Excellent and inclusive culture - many opportunities to grow. Management is very engaged all the way to the top - hard work is recognized. They embrace work life balance - many of our staff are remote.

Cons

Compensation is okay - could be better. AVP’s and higher are hybrid and they require 2 days in office - should make this optional especially when being in the office becomes more disruptive, than not.
