Horrible morale because company is so bent on in office that they spend more time on how to enforce it versus addressing the real issue with people who don’t perform or abuse it. They make blanket procedures that punishes everyone versus holding people accountable. Completely go back on their word of allowing more flexible work schedule to now doing everything possible to make people miserable. During COVID we employees saved them and now they want to punish us by forcing in office when it’s not necessary. In addition to lousy pay increases.
