Pros

Salary is competitive for a fund admin.

Cons

Lot of politics, workload is excessive especially for the more junior staff. Upper management obsessed about gender pay gap.

Pros

Highly organized and structured, so chaos is not an everyday thing Benefits are comparable to other banks except MUFG offers pensions Office environment is more like a fintech versus a brick and mortar financial institution

Cons

Required everyone to come into the office 4 days a week (from 2) and even limited the amount of time you working offsite at another location or from a conference, etc., to 5 days in a year. Zero accountability for driving results - some people do, some don't. No sense of urgency It's bright and shiny on the surface, but inside it's just another big bank. No opportunities to be innovative.
