Cons

1. Extremely slow. Convoluted processes, lack of good tools, and lack of automation cause everything to execute slowly. 2. Not much investment is happening on the technology side. 3. Too many employees have left so the remaining employees are overworked. 4. Lack of strategy and lack of communication about the strategy. 5. Not enough partnership and communication with the business. 6. Decisions are made without consulting with the people who work with the business and live through the problems everyday.
