Really just the pay not much else

Training consistency was a challenge due to multiple trainer transitions and evolving procedures across segments. Processes were frequently updated, and documentation did not always reflect real-time operational changes, which made it difficult to build stable workflow confidence. Much of the training was conducted remotely via Teams, with limited hands-on, in-office support. Expectations for proficiency were accelerated, with limited margin for error. Performance feedback tended to be documentation-focused rather than coaching-oriented. Leadership presence in-office varied, which sometimes created communication gaps. Greater visibility and accessibility from management would improve team alignment. Workplace culture could benefit from stronger consistency in expectations and more transparent performance calibration.
