      Pros

      Some colleagues are great. Which is critical in times when problems arise. Staff rise to hard challenges when needed.

      Cons

      Company has designed itself into such complex knots of processes it is strangling itself. Innovation is crushed. FLOD is over audited and risk management misses the target.

      One or two friendly people. Some people are helpful.

      Cons

      Leadership is toxic. The atmosphere is strained; very siloed. Everyone is in their own little box. No collaboration.
