The amount of work and the hours far exceeded the salary offer and the salaried work week. And this was including management. Everyone worked long hours. Difficult to raise up in the departments. Most people stagnate and leave/come back later at a higher position. Or if you’re liked by management it’s a start but slow rise up to management. Offshored entire departments.
