Employees are generally nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

Bureaucracy is abundant. UB and MUFG ideology and processes have not been aligned. Teams will randomly pick and choose what they want to "own". Diligent new-to-bank workers will be on the hook for basically everything because the legacy staff will just dump stuff on them. Management will not punish those will minimal/zero output.
