Bureaucracy and petty office politics abound. Truly your career rests on what side of the fence you are on in relation to inter team politics. Company is too clunky and haphazard to do anything right, and its so called agile transformation is a sham for management to stick around and would ultimately leave in couple of years (which appears to be the trend), it is a constant management revolving door. Incompetent and old school middle management are not effective and lacks the acumen in implementing the direction of business transformation. I will not advice to join this company in the current state, perhaps it may change in the future.

Pros

Salaries are very competitive as are the benefits package. There are some good people who work there but even those were fairly unhappy with the environment.

Cons

Very old-school approach to management from dress code requirements, limited alternative work options (i.e. remote work, etc.), middle and senior management very "white-tower" (not approachable, listen to ideas, etc.) Not agile in anyway even though they say they are trying to be.

Nice people, good pay, average benefits.

Cons

Everything else! They completely destroyed a rich and wonderful company with a long standing legacy by giving the helm to new upper management. Most employees are miserable and just hanging on by thread especially when they are always worried about having a job. Upper management is handing out director level positions to people who have no management skills.
