The people are wonderful and the company is trying to become more tech savvy.

Cons

There is a general lack of infrastructure (employee base, technology, job-specific training, etc.). The culture is founded upon risk aversion, resulting in resistance towards the slightest notion of change. Beauracracy runs high... be sure to tell everyone how many “great & challenging” things you accomplished each day. There is a general lack of structure in the organization; focus shifts daily if not by the minute.
