Exciting opportunity to help develop a new brand/bank. The leadership is extremely caring and encourages "outside of the box thinking" to make PurePoint Financial a great place for both employees and clients. It's an team atmosphere that overs competitive compensation. PPF is also very giving as an organization to the communities we serve. We are given the opportunity to support local charities thorough company sponsorships and paid volunteer time off.

Cons

Currently only 22 locations, but looking forward to potential growth.

There really is nothing good about working for MUFG.

Cons

Everyone is out to help themselves and to hurt others. No ethics. HR is a joke that works to serve management. Unless you are a MD or above you are useless and if you are MD or above you can do no wrong no matter how incompetent.
