Pros

Ability for junior staff to work beyond their experience level, mainly because no one wants to be on the hook for anything.

Cons

They pay vastly below the market. They will lie about compensation to get you in. Constant turnover at the senior mgt level, no one knows what they are doing. A culture of hate and disappointment throughout the bank. No one wants to be here. Red tape everywhere, beyond bureaucratic. Nothing works, old machines, bad systems, feels like the company's systems are 20 years old.

Absolute Garbage Senior Management and Leadership! Talk about cronyism and biased treatment. Glad I no longer work in this poop hole. The Chief Audit Executive DD and Deputy DH seem like they are on crack cocaine.
