The people you work with, they are a good bunch, you will bond quickly because you need to rely on those close to you.

Cons

Women cannot climb the ranks from the inside, you will not br given the opportunity to climb past TL or very possibly manager if you work day and night. No professional development, just grind every day. If senior positions arise they look external first before promoting from within.
