1. This is where career comes to die - there is no promotion or training opportunities for employees unless you are a manager's favorite 2. The HR hires higher external candidates only for higher level positions - there are absolutely no promotion irrespective of achievements 3. They have launched transformation programs to 'change' the firm but so far no development is seen - this program again is being filled by many outside candidates , almost everyone is MD. No wonder there is no work being done and nothing to show for as of date 5. work Life balance is a joke as there are daily nightly calls with Japan team and you are expected to show up in office everyday at normal time
