      Pros

      Great place to get your class B drivers license. They will train your and test you and you will get the highly valuable license which opens a lot of career opportunities

      Cons

      Lowest pay and benefits despite Union membership at my location. Poor communication with many people not getting the memo wherever something changes. Management is always running around putting out fires. Upper management won't compensate drivers competitively, leaving the location managers constantly hiring and training people as far as they can while other employees find better pay literally anywhere else. The buses themselves are in horrible condition, they recently bought a few new buses and those are already having issues as well.
