      Lots of experience due to work load.

      Cons

      Everyone is treated as an expendable employee, from part time to director level. Expect 2-3 jobs rolled into 1 and 12 hour days.

      Pros

      Union job. You get to bid on routes. It's a good entry driving job. I would suggest. Free paid training. Get experience 2 years and take what you learn somewhere else and make more money.

      Cons

      Split shifts. Drive cam. Safety always blames you for everything but they can't drive themselves. Union is teamsters but for some reason they are so weak that they won't fight hard for higher wages or go on strike.
