      I wish i could find !

      Harassment to employees, no respect, un necessary long hours, need to go to downtown office on weekends, no salaray raise, no bonus. Once you start at base salary, you will remain there for the rest of life, no work life balance!

      Pros

      It’s a paycheck and the mechanics are good people. They have monster in the vending machine. That’s all. Get to meet a lot of new people since everyone quits after a couple months.

      Cons

      Long hours 12 plus. High turnover rate. Hands are tied by a cheap budget with an old fleet. Expect to be called on your days off. Promised training but didn’t receive any. Willful blindness with supervision.
