Pros

Some of the passengers are helpful and interesting. Some passengers are horrible. This is to be expected when you deal with the public.

Cons

Dispatch talks to you and treats you like dirt, they are absolutely HORRIBLE. If you ever call and ask them to do something, they act like you asked them for a $1,000,000. They use poor grammar, no etiquette, just a joke!

If you do the passenger pick up service, you learn your way around the city in a way you would not think possible. At least in my part of the country, the supervisors and coworkers are decent people to work with each day.

Cons

Really sorry pay for the amount of responsibility/liability. They do help with health insurance if you get 35 hours per week, but $10 an hour starting is really lame.
