Unfulfilled promises ( assured there would be regular safety bonuses- after 7 months with no accidents, tickets, or anything DOT reportable, not one centavo in bonus money, PLUS entire crew was assured there would be raises after new contract with Amazon had been signed- MV continued to hold out on raises well beyond the ink drying and my resignation) below standard vehicle maintenance ( ancient buses forevermore breaking down before, during , and after routes; company fiercely reluctant to put money into most rudimentary and basic of maintenance issues even though brand new buses by virtue of new contract w/Amazon still months away), and brutal working conditions ( poorly lit yard & facilities, giant split between shifts which aggravate fatigue for drivers, and viscious Seattle-area traffic conditions which further exacerbate fatigue as well as previously mentioned maintenance problems, which only serve to compound fatigue when buses inevitably break down due to lax maintenance).
