Routes set up for failure. Impossible to pick up clients on time or drop off for scheduled appointments without a time machine. Forced to work overtime. Instead of doing the same route everyday as with previous companies that won the bid..we do 10 hours of chaotic inserts all day. Lunch breaks 4 hours into a 10 hour shift..then drive 6 straight(and usually more)in the 2nd half of your shift. Drive cams were “supposedly” installed for the driver’s protection😂..they spy on us. The morale of drivers has taken a steep decline since MV took over.
