      I like that you can bid for a consistent schedule The pay is pretty good

      Cons

      I hate being forced to work Hate getting forced pick ups when I am already behind schedule Hate that there is no real way to get help when you really need it (you have to queue up for dispatch and sometimes they never answer) They have "focus group" meetings with management, but only at times when most drivers are working Hate that every "appreciation" gesture is in the middle of the day when everybody is working
