Getting experience as a driver for a bus.

Cons

Training is not detailed as it should be. The pay rate is below bay area salary for bus drivers. The hours are very sporadic, inconsistent, and most times not enough.

Severely Unethical Upper management knows of negative behavior and brushes it under the rug Tells you whatever you want to hear to get you to stay, but never fulfills Actively told that there is a very minimal chance of ever getting promoted Management is toxic from the top down Can almost guarantee that within the first 30 days you will regret working here
