      All the private para transit contracting companies are in a race to the bottom.

      Cons

      And the employees suffer from this race with low wages, poor benefits and lower quality of employees.

      Pros

      There was plenty of work, operators are in high demand with some mandatory overtime. Senior operators got the best routes and newest vehicles.

      Cons

      Sometimes when you agreen to help out, you can get too much work, over loaded. General Management always treated dispatchers great, with a lack of communication with the operators, other times it could be verbally harsh. Sometimes vehicles were not always passenger ready, cameras didn't work, missing needed equipment, breakdowns on the road.
