      Pros

      I am very happy with how fast we can fire people if we don't like them. It is the only place where we can pretend that we are processing progressive discipline but we are not. We also overbill our clients, and just hangout without doing any work.

      Cons

      I love how we can hire uneducated people and promote them to executive management without really making sure that they are good for the company. When we do hire people with high skills, we do our best to fire them.
