Pros
A great company that provides employees with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance through the ranks. This company maintains an open door policy, allowing employees access to supervisors and managers. Employee raises are common, although not all of those raises are great in their amounts. Drivers get two raises per year; one anniversary and one union.
Cons
Drivers remain underpaid, which doesn't positively contribute to associated employee turnover and new-hire training costs, nor does it positively reflect on the company. At the end of the day, the drivers remain as the face of the company and are also the same faces that see and greet customers and clients on a daily basis. So their personal hygiene and appearance remains important, as well as attitude, integrity, character, and general customer service/people skills. Increased driver pay would considerably enhance driver candidate quality, thus reducing those previously stated employee turnover and new-hire training costs.
