People there try hard, but company is in shambles

Good people who want to do the right thing, but constantly get thrown into fire drills

Cons

Constant fire drills, literally every week. CEO carousel and constant Senior Management turnover. No clear strategy or direction as a company. Poor business model with very, very low margins, so no money to do anything. HORRIBLE benefits. Seriously, the worst I've ever seen.

None. Unless you're good and kissing up to management and dispatch.

Cons

Basically everything. The pay is laughably low for new employees, there's zero communication between the departments and the management gives a lot of false promises. The drivers who actually do the work and do it properly aren't recognized for their contributions, but the drivers who are "friends" with dispatch and management are able to get away with mediocre work and choose their own schedules.
