Complete lack of HR at Anchorage location makes it difficult to understand benefits package. Poor sick leave policies lead to office-wide infections regularly, and the building has minimal ventilation with windows that do not open. Multiple times the men's bathroom lacked soap for up to two months. People can't afford the penalties to take the time off to stay at home when sick. (you are penalized even with a Doctor's note) Union contract focuses more on driver benefits than mechanic position needs such as tool allowance or safety boots. Oh and the company seems allergic to spending money, they wouldn't even buy more crimp connectors for necessary fleet wiring repairs.
