This was a large company that I would recommend to start in the transit field. They are a large Transit company that is growing fast and is very strong in ParaTransit.

Cons

They pay very low wages when it comes to the drivers. The turn over is very high because of the low pay. It makes it difficult for management to maintain control of the operations when turn over is so high. Safety issue are a big challenge because the turn over is so high, when driver are finally learning the job they leave to the competition that pays them more.

When you have someone that runs the yard and dislike you and cheat you out of your hours all the time in you have complained and nothing has been done about it
