      i doubt you'll make it past probation

      easy to get overtime, that's about it

      Cons

      you will get write ups very often, some pole won't make it past training and most don't make it past probation. unless you're a manager or in reservations, you will rarely see someone there over a year

      Pros

      The location is central to many public transportation and good food.

      Cons

      This company lacks culture. The employee experience is very poor. Management and Supervisors use profanity. HR issues are not confidential and can be heard over casual conversation. Drug use and sale amongst employees. This place really makes WMATA look bad. Great skill set to learn and I now have a love for dispatching however I wouldn't suggest working for Metro Access at MV Transportation.
