      Very enjoyable to work for. There is a very good relationship between management and employees.

      They are very fair with their employees. Management bends over backward to accomedate their employees

      Cons

      The only complaint I had was on third shift, when busses were being washed the water dripped from the bus and backed up in the mechanic area because the floor drain was always clogged with silt.

      It's a job and everyone needs a job to survive.

      Cons

      I use to like working for MV several years ago when they actually had a good staff. However they started going down the drain once the best dispatchers left or fired (Mabry, Cooper, Randolph, and Diana). Since they have left we have to work with people that are inconsidered, careless, useless, and just plan stupid. The main issue will be the scheduling department which have no clue how to schedule trips on a manifest. They really need to be trained as drivers first before trying to put together a schedule.
