Just a few tweaks and the experience would be satisfying.

Pros

When there is no other way to get around, the public transportation system is there and the people you provide this service to is rewarding.

Cons

The long wait for benefits, (1 Year) including vacation, sick time, health insurance, retirement etc. is very disatisfying and unfair for families and individuals whom then get stuck working for the lowest dollar on the market just because the economy is in a slump.

The service help people whom sometimes can't use public transportation due to their disabilities.

Cons

Time management wasted, not organized at time. Over load of work and not professional. Vehincle are old and very basic in the need of driver and passenger. Pay is very very bad for the work that is needed. Very high turn over ratio because the pay does not match the work of the driver. I feel the union also let down the drivers.
