Pros

I like working with people in all facets plus the history of the company and its hard work to expand.

Cons

Upper management treats the employees like robotic line workers that are supposed to just work and that's it. They're not allow to get sick and miss time otherwise they get penalized; the morale is extremely low as employees fear being written up and/or terminated at a moment's notice; the entire culture is extremely negative leading to the turnover rate possibly being very high.

Pros

The balance of work-life can be well predicted on most occasions. The benefits provided are optional and dpending on your location, can be either expensive or economic. Training is provided if new to the field and a lot of the divisions even provide in-house certification.

Cons

There seems to be potential devalueing of the company from employees the longer and longer I was at a division. Whether on the clock or not, I refrained from hearing the drama and rumors.
