      you get to work independently. Steady income. Overtime available.

      Cons

      Forced work on days off. They'd rather hire externally rather than train and promote internally (no training available for other positions). high risk low reward working with the public in a pandemic with no hazard pay or increase in hourly pay.

      Pros

      It’s a cash grab and the company is so frequently underfunded that senior level positions are often available with salaries that are above market.

      Cons

      It’s simply a mess. I’m not prone to ripping an employer, but from the onboarding process to the lack of resources available to the focus on winning short-term battles at every turn, there’s no cohesive strategy.
