      Pros

      None, unless you simply like to drive long hours with mandatory overtime, no meal or bathroom breaks.

      Cons

      No meal or bathroom breaks, no vacation pay, expensive health coverage, nasty & cliquish managers, verbally & physically abusive clients. Company will not back you up or protect you. You're required to drive unsafe or otherwise unfit vehicles, & those co-workers that leave your assigned vehicle a mess, aren't required to clean it up after their shift by our supervisors. Training is very poor & only done as a “lip-service”, & I was told repeatedly to “pencil-whip” pre- & post-trip vehicle inspection reports.

      Lots of experience due to work load.

      Cons

      Everyone is treated as an expendable employee, from part time to director level. Expect 2-3 jobs rolled into 1 and 12 hour days.
