Excellent coworkers . Everyone tries to get along and to help each other whenever it’s needed. Drivers and dispatchers work together

Cons

Lack of communication. Management does not communicate effectively with workers. When you need something done from corporate it takes far longer than it should to get what you needed done . For example: it took 6 months for the company to order and deliver to me my driver uniform. Busses took longer to be fixed than needed and the buses were not put back and had missing screws and panels.

My job with school gives me holidays and weekends and summer off..

Cons

I was told I will always make the same amount as a driver who starts today and will not get any yearly raises. No Xmas bonuses. No bonuses! Buses are never keep up to safety standards.
