Break time at times is a distance from next pick time, need improvement in scheduling pick up after break it should be set around last drop off, or not break is limited... also driver's are mandated on a Graveyard shift on holidays?

Going nowhere job for $12.75 an hour

Some nice people that work there, and you get to work with the handicapped.

Cons

You start out at $12.75 an hour with .35 cent raise after 6 months. You cap out at $17 after ten years. No vacation or holidays or sick pay till after a year. Expensive and crappy medical benifits. Seriously high turn over rate. They can't keep employees, they keep quitting.
