Mostly positive working environment and peers. Without previous experience in the trade, it is difficult to learn.

A lot of autonomy and trust placed in the supervisors which is a big plus for a company.

Cons

Volatility between union and company. Outdated equipment, a lot of maintenance required every day. Old facilities.
