      None I can think of.

      Cons

      Lack of vision and direction within the company. Poor project management and implementation processes. Ineffective communication channels. HR VP + Director-Level leadership lacking relevant expertise. Unethical and illegal practices. Toxic workplace culture fueled by gossip and drama. Unstable and irrational behavior from the CEO.
