      It's a great place to work for as you are encouraged to be yourself and are fully supported to contribute new ideas on how to improve our day-to-day tasks, making it exciting and stress free to work here. Work-Life Balance: They're flexible when you need it most, supporting a good balance.

      I have 18 years working at Ideal Fasteners, which is now owned by MW Components. I was given the chance to be the General Manager approximately a year ago. Everyone has been very supportive and helped me thrive in this new role.

      Continuous lay-offs. No direction or transparently given by site Leader. Terrible health benefits. Things will continue to get worse.
