No direction. Threw 4 small companies together and expected it to work. Disorganized, totally angered customers, Misdirection from the top. “Unlimited” pto.

Paid for lunch when in office and full autonomy to do what you think is best with an entrepreneurial mindset. Great pay and benefits.

Cons

My time at MW was brief although when I was there a handful of people were let go with no explanation at random times; myself included. Tenure in the office was less than 2 years for majority of employees. HDQ office really did not have an inclusive culture - felt bleak or fake, however, plant locations thrived and were proud of their work.

Poor leadership problems were never corrected, management didn't look out for their dept, only except for layoffs which was very frequent. They had a list of people to layoff when the time came.i never had a onboarding but they made sure to off board me. I hope they go out business
